Trying again here. Interfacing with the FlySight is pretty simple. FlySight acts like a USB disk when connected to a PC. Files are organized into folders by date, and individual files within the folder are named according to the time the log started (UTC). The files themselves are CSV text. In terms of compatibility, future changes to FlySight's firmware, if any, would add extra columns on the right of the file. How does GPSBabel handle extra columns in the file? Provided the data is just discarded, this style file should be compatible with all FlySight output for the foreseeable future.
