[Gprename-users] Feature Request: Sorting

Today while renaming a bunch of files belonging to
several different sets but beginning with the same
sequentially incremented character sequences, I was
only able to isolate the sets by opening a file
manager window and sorting the list by date. From that
display I could manually select the files in GPRename
that belonged to one set.

This was a labor-intensive exercise, made worse by the
GTK+ limitation on highlighting more than one
selection range by using CTRL-SHIFT (not available in
GTK+).

It would be great if sorting by date was available in
the GPRename files listing. I suspect that the reason
it is not already there is that it will be difficult
to do.

Thank you once again for this program; the current
release has proven to be flawlessly stable on my
systems.
