The tree pane width save works, and so does the column
autowidth on Name/New name. Thanks!

I recommend *not* disabling user resizing of the
Name/New name column however, because sometimes
filenames are ridiculously long, and scrolling a
horizontal window has always been one of my least
favorite things to do in a GUI. Surely automatic
resizing vs manual resizing are not mutually
exclusive?

Please let us know when there is a release candidate
with optimized code, so we can at least test it a
little bit ;-)
