[Gprename-users] Revision 154

I finally managed to make gprename display accents properly, the new
gettext function broke it, I had to use the magic of the decode('utf8')
function.

If nobody objects and everyone can run gprename correctly, then let's
make a new release, in about a week, there's not a lot of changes right 
now, but important ones for the debian package as Marvin Stark told me.

If anyone forgot the URL to get revision 154 in SVN, well here it is :-)
svn co https://gprename.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/gprename gprename

To test the new language, you have to call gprename that way :
LANGUAGE=fr gprename
