I am glad the accent character and leading '-' bugs were found, because I am sure I would not have known how to handle those had I encountered them. The ability to rename leading-hyphen filenames is probably more an accomplishment than I am able to appreciate ;-) I encourage you to contact Gnome (and KDE, given how disgustingly awful KRename is) about incorporating GPRename into their environment. If I can help with the wording of any such proposal, please let me know. GPRename has come further under your guidance than it ever did under the guidance of the original author. It is now a functionally complete tool in my opinion, with a simple and intuitive interface easily understood by anyone who opens it for the first time. KRename cannot claim that ease of use. Thank you for turning a rusty old pipe wrench into a polished precision tool that I use almost every day ;-) ____________________________________________________________________________________ TV dinner still cooling?
