[Gprename-users] gtk-perl deprecated on Gentoo

Just like Fedora Core that set gtk-perl deprecated, the same thing
has been done with Gentoo.  Gtk-perl has been masked on the 16 of november
in the portage tree.  It is now asking me to remove it ;-)

I think it'll be a good thing to release GPRename 2.0 very soon, even
if some options are not implemented yet, like recursive renaming.
It doesn't do any good to let GPRename 1.7 as the latest release if
no one can use it.

Let's try to release GPRename 2.0 in a week.


I've also done for now some minor modifications :
- changed some interpreted strings to literal
- about dialog has changed
- modifications on the $str_tips_* variable in the languages files
- got rid of unitialized value warning when opening GPRename when
~/.gprename was not existing
