There's a special option in rigctld that allows you to "twiddle" the knob.
add this to your rigctld command line.
--twiddle_timeout=2
Where the value is in seconds and once you start moving the knob no frequency changes by gpredict will be done until you stop twiddling for that # of seconds.  Two seconds seems to work for most conditions as you dial in what you want...maybe you want a bit longer though.  The Doppler will shift more when you stop twiddling the longer the timeout.

unfortunately is the frequ. not so transeive as it should be, especially 
in SSB.
in other words: I do not answer a CQ call on the same frequency !
when I turn the SUB-TUNE knob to correct, in the next moment the 
frequency it is overruled by Gpredict.
Same issue with the CLAR knob.
Does anybody have an idea how to cope with this issue ??
Is there a possibility to shift the VFO-frequ. a little bit ( 1-3kHz) to 
get uplink and downlink transceive ??
