#72 Swap Downlink/Uplink in radio control

nomenclature for satellite radio info is in the format V/U or U/V etc., with the first being the uplink and the second being the downlink. In the radio control screen they should be in this order. Instead gpredict has downlink then uplink. It would be nice to have this swapped. V2.1-1
