#1 GPP ScrollBars

Editing a packet is annoying cause always that a char
is typed scrollbars go down and user loses vision of
his changes.
Also when a packet is received GPP shows scrollbars and
user have to roll a little to see ASCII.
This doesnt happen before receiving the first packet,
and window seems to perfectly horizontally-fit ascii,
but when packet comes, it just creates scrollbars!
Maybe setting horizontal policies on the scrollbars
would solve this.
