Adding support for gif and csv format for the levels and data. eventually may add lua support.

This site should have files on it but i think it takes a while to refresh, so should be ready in a day. i think the cvs and webpages take about a day to refresh.

I have made the first commit, but i cant see it on the page, maybe it updates every few.
