[gplw3mail-devel] Devel snapshot 20001029aq released

I've posted development snapshot 20001029aq on Sourceforge.  This is mostly a
steering effort so development can be relocated.  It features "a little bit of
progress."  Marginally more detailed release notes are at
http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=14911; the snapshot
itself is at
http://download.sourceforge.net/gplw3mail/gplw3mail-20001029aq.tar.gz.

Developers should use the CVS tree to retrieve code if possible.  At this
stage, CVS code is unlikely to be any more broken than the snapshots.  :)
