Merging lists

Hi,

Like specified on http://www.gammu.org/wiki/index.php?title=3DSupport =
after
people voices I decided, that gammu-users and gplus-users lists will be
joined now.=20

Users subscribed into gammu-users don't have anything to change, =
gplus-users
should resubscribe.

I decided, that gplus-users won't be deleted (in the future it can be
required again).
