#7 User Albums

I would like to have a site Gallery which is managed by
admins as well as a Subalbum where all users can have
their own album (1 album per user).
Using the Art Gallery analogy I saw on another site:
The site admins would own and manage the Art Gallery.
One wing of the Art Gallery would be assigned to users.
Each user would recieve one room in the User Wing to
put their art. Users would be able to create Subrooms
within their Rooms as well.
