#4 filter property page

For me (win98 se, DirectX9) the property page isn't
working as expected. After adjusting the picture
properties (brightness etc.) the playback doesn't
change - not on the fly or after hitting the apply-
button. I have to close the page (ok-button) to apply
the changes. This is a bit akward.
