Use the SetPositions(..), can jump to any frames. But
for jumping to some "P" frame, this decoder cannot
completely decode the image. It can only decode 95%
of the frame. My mpeg file is GOP 3 (IPPIPPIPP...).
Any suggestion. Thanks.
