#14 0x6D00 or 0x6E00 caused by javax.smartcardio.CardChanel.transmit() method in T=0

sometimes gpj could select the sd successfully but a 0x6D00 or 0x6E00(relies on card implementation) returned when sending the inital-update command in T=0 situation.
