This is an interium release. I am phasing out the photo display box in favor of a progress bar on the botton. This release includes the following updates.

1) Form resizing has been locked
2) Format selection box is no non-editable
3) The photo display has been turned off in favor of a progress bar in the photo organizer tab
4) Have started thread implementation.

Planned updates for next release include:
1) incorporating same changes in the copy componets into the flickr components
2) eliminating the photo display all together in favor of a cleaner display

I have implemented IMAPI2 basic CD/DVD burning.
Still need to implement background worker code
Deleting source path still is broken
