gphoto2 2.1.1 released

This is the first release since gphoto2 command line interface was split from the libgphoto2 library. This gphoto2 is recommended for use with libgphoto2 2.1.1. gPhoto is a program and library framework that lets users download pictures from their digital cameras. There are currently more than 270 supported digital cameras across several platforms.
