#1046 android samsung a13 not detected

I am running Digikam 8.3.0 on Windows 10 and the import feature will not recognise the phone. I notice there are only three Samsung devices in the supported list. The camera/phone is not auto-detected, and the camera settings window does not display the auto-detect button.

NOTE: this works fine when I run Digikam on Linux Mint 22.

As this is in Digikam, I m also sending this bug report to Digikam.
