#1043 Wrong Camera is reported by gphoto

I have GPhoto 2 installed on my ubuntu desktop I have a canon EOS Rebel T7i, a supported camera but shows it detects a canon EOS 800D.

Then follows the rest of the errors that shows it can't connect;

*** Error (-53: 'Could not claim the USB device') ***

Please make sure there is sufficient quoting around the arguments.

    Rebel T7i and EOS 800D are the exact same camera. Just a different name because Canon marketing department like to confuse people. Former is name in North America, the latter in most of the rest of the world.

    yes, these are american vs european naming...bu just 1 usb id.

    it is only the brandname, everything else is the same
