Thanks for finding this out. It actually is a problem for all kind of "prefix-only"-Subjects. The Prefix-Removal-Code trims any whitespace after the prefix, but unfortunately lineendings where treated as whitespace too, so the subject-line merged with the following field (in your case "To:", but actually it can be anything).
