No, the ShellExtension is only in the Preview-Archive (which I =
also updated for 0.959).
But I already got a report that the new DLL crashes Explorer.
So, if it crashes on your windows too, simply use the old DLL.

They weren't.
But I guess, I should really pack them into the installer too =
(optional, as you might already have the dlls in you =
Windows-Path).
Increases the download-size though.
Maybe alternatively simply put the OpenSSL-Binaries on =
SourceForge?
