Thanks for the update!

Prior to installation I ran unreg.bat to unregister the
GPGrelayShellExt.dll and zipped up the old GPGrelay directory's
contents for safe keeping.

I notice that 0.959 does not include the GPGrelayShellExt.dll. Has
this been eliminated?

I had to recover the libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll from my archive so
GPGrelay could use them. I don't recall whether these were included in
prior distributions.
