Hello GPGrelay-Talk!

I'm using GnuPG 1.4.0a. With either the Classic or PGP Trust Model
keys signed locally display the red exclamation mark (!) in the
Keyrules screen. Key signed with exportable signatures do not.

This was not happening with GPGrelay 0.955 and GPG 1.2.7. Shouldn't
local (non-exportable) signatures hide this red flag?
