#15 Please add support for TLS 1.2, 1.3

A brilliant software, for which I have unfortunately not yet found an alternative for Windows: Unfortunately GPGRelay only supports TLS 1.0, so it becomes less and less usable, because email providers are shutting down support for TLS 1.0/1.1.
