Since I updated GPG from 1.4.3 to 1.4.5, GPGrelay
somtimes hangs when it initials.

My environment
*Windows XP Professional SP2
*GPG 1.4.5
*GPGrelay v0.959
*OpenSSL 0.9.8b
(I use POP and SMTP over SSL/TLS)
