When sending utf-8 encoded email through GPGrelay,
"Subject:" field is corrupted.
Here's two mail header samples.

[1] sent without GPGrelay

From: =?utf-8?B?7KGw7LCs7J21IChDaGFuaWsgSm8p?=
<sender@somewhere.com>
To: <receiver@somewhere.com>
Subject: =?utf-8?B?7Iuc7ZeY7IK87JWE?=

[2] sent through GPGrelay

From: =?utf-8?B?7KGw7LCs7J21IChDaGFuaWsgSm8p?=
<sender@somewhere.com>
To: <receiver@somewhere.com>
Subject: 日耳?

Please note the "=?utf-8?" prefix of the "Subject"
field was not preserved when it was sent through
GPGrelay. This makes the subject unreadable.

You can see this doesn't happen in the "From:" field.

I'm using GPGrelay v0.959.

Enjoy the World Cup Games, Andreas. :-)
Good luck!
