It occured that an inbound mail passed GPGRelay without
being in the log nor being decrypted as it should. I use
GPGRelay 0.93(Win32). Hat to decrypt the mail via
clipboard afterwards. GPGRelay was up and running,
protocolled mail traffic (in- and outbound) before and
after that specific mail.

GPGRelay is configured as IMAP and SMTP Relay on
localhost, forwarding traffic to/from a mail gateway in the
intranet. The MUA (Opera/M2) is configured for transfer
to localhost only. So if I stop GPGRelay I do not get mail.
There was no way around GPGRelay - it simply did not
recognise a mail it delivered itself.
