Multi desktop pager for Windows NT4 / News: Recent posts

This version contains the following fixes:
- fixed the bug in the menu functions
- fixed the problem with the AltGr key. Only the left alt and control keys work now ;-)
- provides makefiles for gcc/gmake and visual c++, and borland compiler
