Added basic touch screen support. As I don't have a F200 for testing it, i don't know event if it works. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Testing on F100 model (not MK2) shows that, apparently, nothing is broken on that part.

Added CPU Speed chooser.
Added text indicator for selection.
Added left and right joystick screen change option.

Added Two Column View and Scroll Wrap Feature Requests.
Changed again CPU Speed to 60MHz for TV-Out Compatibility.

The final version of Selector for GP2X has been released!

All the desired features for version 1.0 are working.
