#32 Sign-up sheet for new games

I would love it if there was a feature for players to
add their names to a "new game" list.

I don't know what's involved in starting a game, but
with this feature the admin would know that there are
people ready to play, and perhaps a new game could be
started automatically when the required # of people
have signed up.

One design issue to address: can people remove
themselves from the list if they become unavailable
(e.g. they're going on vacation, or if they get too
busy with real-life concerns).
