#20 allow move-ahead for faster play

I have a suggestion that would greatly speed up play.
Give players the option to make their next move out of
sequence if they wish. When the player's turn arrives,
that move will be made automatically by the system
without the player needing to log in and visit the
website. There are many decisions that can be made by
players that are not dependent on what other players
do. Making players wait for several other people to
move just so they can make a no-brainer move slows
the game down unnecessarily. This option would be
used often for musters, raids, bids, marches, etc. I
think this would help games move much faster. I know
I've often wished for this option even during my short
experience with the ajudicator. In PBEM games, it is
possible to send out-of-sequences moves to the GM.
The ajudicator would be approved by adding this option.
