#85 skipped order phase

In game "OB2 Flight of Dragons," after the wildling attack
was completed, I received two emails. The first was
that it was time to issue orders (which is correct). The
second was that it was time to use the Raven (which is
not, since no orders had yet been issued by anyone).
Could you please set it back to the Planning - Issue
Orders phase?
