#70 several problems in a battle between tyrell and lannister

there is a problem with the "winter is coming" game:

in the game liste :
Winter Is Coming Waiting for the following houses to
select their house cards: null (/note : look like a bug
no?)

in the game interface:
Waiting for the following houses to select their house
cards: {0}
A battle is underway.
Tyrell is attacking Lannister for control of Highgarden.
Tyrell is attacking from Dornish Marches with one
footman and one knight, with a total combat strength of 8.
Because of Tyrell's march order modifier of 1, their
final strength is 9. (/note : it is 2 footmen, not 1,
and the strangth is 8, not 9 - and with 1 footman it
should be 7!)
Lannister is defending with , with a total combat
strength of 6. (/note :should "with 2 knight")

the last problem:
on the map : only one footman took highgarden instead
of the 2 footmen and the knight (but perhaps it is just
because of the "null house card"??)
