#16 No GUI notice that disk is full

If you are low an disk space and run out during a File | Export there is no notice. You just, later, find your edited file is truncated. There is text output to the console if you happen to have run GOPchop from the command line but if you, like most people I'd guess, are just running the gui - nothing.
