There is a problem with the /tmp/googsystray folder which is owner by root by default and should have $USER as owner.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/local/bin/googsystray", line 13, in <module>
sys.stderr = open(os.path.join(googsystray.temp_dir, 'googsystray.err.log'), 'w')
IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/tmp/googsystray/googsystray.err.log'

    It shouldn't be owned by root unless googsystray was run as root -- it's not an 'installed' directory, it's made @ runtime. I do suppose I probably ought to use /tmp/googsystray-$USER/ though to avoid such conflicts in the future.
