#227 Software going crazy recently...

I've been using the software (a slightly older version) fine for many many months now with no issues (I have Outlook 2010 with a hosted Exchange server). I had it set up to only do one way sync from Outlook -> Google. Recently, every 15 minutes (which is what I had it scheduled for), it kept updating the same 8 or 9 contacts despite there being no changes to them. I messed around with it a bit, and probably made it worse. At this point, I'm wondering if there is a way to completely get rid of it (since even uninstalling and reinstalling seems to keep the settings) including the user defined fields in Outlook and start fresh? Any help?

Have you tried to "Reset Matches" (on the left bottom of the settings screen)?
This should remove all stored Matches re-sync clean.

Yup - that was one of the first things I tried. It threw up all sorts of errors about not being able to reset matches for a lot of my contacts as well. That's why I'm thinking that something major got screwed up and it makes sense to just wipe everything clean (i.e. settings for the program, fields in Outlook, etc.) and just start fresh. I also am trying a program called Outlook4Gmail to see if that will work any better. Any help though is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
