#198 Removing contacts from "My Contacts" trigger a delete on Outlook side!

The Outlook to Google sync creates contacts with the Outlook associated category PLUS the Google one "My Contacts" (or "All Contacts" as showed into the new web interface).

Removing the default category "My Contacts" triggers a "No match found for outlook contact" error.
This is not true, GCSM shouldn't take "My Contacts" as a global filter to search for changed/modified contacts.

I won't be able to migrate some of my contacts from Outlook to Google until this bug won't be solved..

This behaviour is by design, in order to not to sync "Other contacts" from Google (so contacts that Google creates automatically, for examply if reply to somebody's email).
Moving ticket to feature request, to make this in feature configurable in GUI
