I tried installing the preference pane by unzipping the files and doubleclicking the GSyncPrefsPane.prefPane file. I get a message to install either for user or systemwide (I tried both). The GSync icon gets installed in the preference pane at the bottom row. However, it immediately gives the error "Preferences Error, Could not load the GSync preference pane" after installing. It will also give this error each time I click the GSync icon in the preferences window.
I tried removing it and installing it several times, both as user and system wide, but it consistently gives this error.
I am running OS-X 10.5.4 on a Mac Mini with 2 gig of memory.
Best regards,
Christian

Exactly the same message on a G3 Imac, running 10.3.9
Cannot remove it either.

hi,
sorry, but there is currently no working version of gsync. one that works "nearly" is in subversion, if you dare check that out.
removing: delete gsync.prefpane from ~/Library/PreferencePanes or /Library/PreferencePanes
