#2 All-day events handled as regular events

Hi,

All-day events are handled as regular events.
When I create a local all-day event in iCal and sync it to my google calendar, an event from 9-17 is created in the gcal instead of an all-day event. Besides that I got a duplicate event.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open iCal
2. Create an all-day event on saturday
3. Go to System Preferences and open GSync.
4. Choose "Sync Now!"
5. (wait)
6. Go to your online google calendar
7. - An event is now visible both saturday and sunday from from around 10/9 am to around 17/18 pm (i can't remember which)

Besides that, when editing a local event to be an all-day event, it duplicates the event (i guess it looses track of the change and re-imports the online event and discards the local one)
