#6 Failed installation

I too am getting an error on installation (a brand new never used, nothing in it or editted installation of PHPWebSite) when I install googlesvcs_0.2.2. I have tried using both the googlesvcs_0.2.2.tar.gz and googlesvcs_0.2.2.zip files but get the same error:
