#2 Debian packaging broken..

running make deb, or packages/deb.sh gtags 0.1 both
result in

parsechangelog/debian: error: badly formatted trailer
line, at changelog line 5

I tried:
ln -s packages/deb debian
dch -e

And saved a new changelog, but that errored out because
packages/deb/control is empty.

This is from the 0.1 release tarball.
