Copying to read-only directory throws umbrella exception

1) Mount a CD on the client
2) Attempt to copy from the server to the CD

The file will appear to be on the CD, but with 0 bytes. The client will show an umbrella exception. Refreshing the client file list will remove the non-existent file.
