#59 Please add autoconfiguration and install target again

I was updating the pkgsrc/wip package for golly (from 3.4 to 4.0), and I was appalled to see that there is no longer an automatic configuration. Instead, we're told (in doc/Build.html) to edit a configuration file by hand.

Also, the Makefile (which is not called Makefile) has lost its install target.

Both are serious regressions and ought to be rectified as soon as possible.
