I just created this Sourceforge project, however, the software is already written. I just have to prepare it to be GPL'ed; at which time, I'll upload the files to CVS.

  Everything is up now. There's .zip and .tgz distributions that you can download from the file releases page.
  
  From the project home page, there's also a link that brings you to a live demo that you can play with to see how everything works.
  
  Please read the README for installation and usage instructions. (also, make sure you preserve file permissions when you extract the files from the .tgz (tar -p option)).
