#23 Kinematic Objects

At the moment we can add static and dynamic objects to the Bullet physics world. the other type we would want to add is kinematic. i.e. objects that have a physical presence but are controlled by the user rather than the physics simulation. I have done this before with my tanks but not sure how the collada spec allows an object to be specified as kinematic.
