#55 PcBoard gets European-style date

I'm using GoldEd+ Win32 05/03/07 version and PcBoard 15.23. When I either reply to a message or create a new one, GoldEd+ is inserting the date European-style (18 Nov 07 and not 11/18/07 - US Style as PcBoard expects). When the tosser (QFront 1.20a) creates the .PKT file, the message contained has *no* date field; it's empty.

When I use GoldED+ to read the message that I just created, GoldED+ shows the date as "11 Jun 08" (even though it was created on 11/18/07 - Nov 18th).
