#11 Mail merge doesn't work in Office 2003

The mail merge code doesn't compile if you are using
Office 2003 in the development machine. The API for
opening a Word._Document is different in number of
parameters you passed in.

As to the executable, although we packed the
Interop.Office.dll in there, there is still problems
doing mail merge with Office 2003.
