Syncronisation crashes.
System tray hint reports:
Error: Outlook exception, please assure that Outlook is running
I was trying it with Outlook running as well as with Outlook not-running
(which were always both correct ways - only important thing always used to be not to close Outlook during synchronisation),
but it does not work.
Sometimes helped to make some change in Outlook,
but it does not help anymore. Restart of PC does not help too.
No items updated during synchronisation - even that ones, which are written in log, that are about to synchronise, even that ones are not synchronised.
Win 7, 64 bit,
Office 2010, 32 bit.
8 GB RAM
outlook.pst 250 MB including tasks and few e-mails.

= Not enough of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and retray the action.
Update: It works sometimes.
It looks like 8 attepmts failed, 1 succes, now,
but it can be very various.
And it is not easy to test it bettes since one sync demands cca 10 minutes.
I have not found reason, on which result depends.
I do not use any resources spending SW at the same time.
I have had hypothese, if it depends on unclosen calendar reminders in Outlook,
but it rather was not confirmed.

I posted it into this project by mistake,
it is for sync mod version.
I have this issue as well while syncing "appointments" with gmail.
If I try right away, same but.
It happens fairly often but usually clears up some time later and automatically synchs.
