#22 Delete in Gmail does not delete in Outlook

When I delete a contact in gmail and then sync, the contact shows up again and doesn't get deleted from outlook. My guess is that it thinks the contact in outlook is a new contact rather than a contact that needs to be deleted.

I have sync deletion on.

I have almost the same. Created a google entry, and delete it from outlook. The entry is never delete and reappear in outlook.
